A: I can accommodate your preferred method. I have mainly used Zoom with clients, but I have also used Google Meet, Discord, or a phone call.

A: I always adapt to the needs of my client. Zoom or Google Meet allows for more direct, step by step help with screen sharing. A phone call is great for general discussion about the crypto space. Whatever your preferred method, I am flexible and can make it work to ensure your satisfation.

A: Upon scheduling your appointment with me through bencryptohelp@gmail.com, send any details, questions, or a summary of why you need help to ensure efficiency and your satisfaction. If using Zoom or Google Meet, make sure the applications are updated and you know how to turn on your microphone and camera so there will be no technical difficulties during our meeting.

A: Email me and we will get it rescheduled at my next available time.

A: Email me and I will do my best to help you in the same day as our scheduled day, if not, don’t worry, we can reschedule at no extra cost to you.
